In addition to serving our daily hot meal to the hungry, our volunteers also provide personal hygiene, basic clothing and miscellaneous items to the homeless people who come to our door. We currently have need for the following items which we distribute on an on-going basis. You can bring your contributions to us weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Thank you! New Men’s Boxer Underwear - All Sizes New Men’s Undershirts - All Sizes New or Gently Used T-shirts - All Sizes Wash Cloths and Body Wipes New Women’s Underpants - Small, Medium & Large Toiletries – Travel size deodorant, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shaving cream, men’s disposable razors, and toilet paper

New or gently used Backpacks. New Men’s Boxer Underpants small, medium, large and X-Large. New Men’s Undershirts small, medium, large and X-Large. Toiletries – travel size deodorant, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and shaving cream, disposable razors, and hand warmers. We mourn the loss of Joe Fallahay, a long-standing volunteer and supporter of the Franciscan Kitchen. Joe was one of the original helpers recruited by Brother Jim Fields to launch Franciscan Shelter House in a vacant tavern on Preston St. in 1980.
